Denise Wade
Founder & CEO

Denise Wade, a Washington, DC native and proud graduate of Bennett College, brings over 10 years of experience in education and 20+ years of leadership in global clinical research. A licensed Special Education teacher, Denise blends her expertise in instructional design and regulatory science to lead initiatives that bridge the gap between education and industry.

Her unique background allows her to provide strategic guidance across diverse environments, with a focus on inclusive learning, innovation, and operational excellence.

Transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, Denise held a position as Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with GenVec, Incorporated, working alongside Clinical Trial Managers and Senior Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) on oncology studies.

In 2013, Denise’s tenure shifted to management as Research Manager of the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) at the Kennedy Krieger Institute (KKI) located in Baltimore, MD, where she provided oversight of clinical research coordinators, recruitment coordinator, research nurse, research assistant, and interns.

In 2016, Denise relocated to Westchester County, New York and began functioning as a full-time contractor with Allergan Pharmaceuticals in Jersey City, New Jersey. Throughout the New York Tri-State area, she provided clinical trial and project management services to several organizations, ultimately assuming the role of Senior Project Manager, and fostering personal and professional relationships with experts from pharmaceutical companies and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
